Here is the unedited response we received; "Our warranty policy states the product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, and that a warranty card must be sent in within 14 days of purchase. We, however did not find a warranty card had been sent in. We will replace your storage shed and are asking that you pay the shipping of $40 in as much as a warranty was not sent in. As you purchased your storage shed through Walmart, they are the people you should check with for a refund."
