I never write reviews, but I felt it necessary with some of the complaints about the hardware and assembly instructions. The steps in the manual were very detailed with many pics, and were well written. The hardware pieces were very easy to identify with the actual size diagrams in the manual. The box itself appears to be well made and hopefully will last us a long time. The safety hinges (gas spring) were the primarily selling point against the other models (Suncast, Rubbermaid), as it's difficult for a younger kid to open the lid all the way. Thank you Lifetime for another well-made product. We will probably buy another one of these for additional sports toys and such.
