We purchased a FlowerHouse storage unit in February, 2007, and by December we were writing the manufacturer with complaints. It all started with a small rip in the fabric next to the zipper. Not the zipper itself, but rather the fabric seam next to it. Here is the unedited response we received; "Our warranty policy states the product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship, and that a warranty card must be sent in within 14 days of purchase. We, however did not find a warranty card had been sent in. We will replace your storage shed and are asking that you pay the shipping of $40 in as much as a warranty was not sent in. As you purchased your storage shed through Walmart, they are the people you should check with for a refund."

We had requested a refund from the company since Walmart will not issue one after 90-days. So, why would we throw good money after bad by sending FlowerHouse $40 to replace the piece of junk we had with another? We wouldn't, and...
