Review : Rollstone Fulfillment Horrible Customer Service
I purchased a Shelter Logic livestock shelter from Rollstone Fulfillment (Aubuchon Hardware) on 11/25/11. I have still not received it (12/30/11) and was told today that Shelter Logic is still waiting for a bill of lading from Rollstone on "a bunch of orders." Every time I spoke to Rollstone they couldn't tell me who they shipped with even though they said they had shipped. Now I know it was because they hadn't shipped at all. I spent nearly three hours today trying to track this down. Ridiculous!!!!!
