I did not buy this reel on-line, I bought it at my local True Value store under the name Green Thumb Professional Hose Reel Cart, model # TC4706. I had problems right from assembly where the reel wouldn't even turn, so I returned that for a different one. This turned very hard and I ended up repairing the thing myself ( I'm a maintenance mechanic) simply because I needed the reel right away and everything else I could could find was even junkier plastic. Living in Wisconsin, it got stored during winter. Apparently water can get into the inside of the frame of the cart, it froze, and blew out all the tubing at the bottom at the welded seam. this cart only lasted 3 years with a LOT of maintenance, and now the handle has broken off. Were the part available, it would be a cheap, easy fix. There is zero support out there for these and zero parts availability. There isn't even a manufacturer listed on the assembly drawings/manual. Nothing. If something breaks, this thing is junk...
