This is a decent machine. I was hesitant to purchase this brand based on some of the poor reviews. But I live in a small town with limited choices so I took a gamble on it. Right out of the box, it was really very difficult to start. I took nearly 20 frustrating minutes to get it running and even then it had to be half choked to keep it on. However, after the first 30 minutes of use I was finally able to put it in the "run" mode and it has worked great the few times I've run it since. They are titleing this machine as easy start. It takes a little finessing to get it started so its deffinatly not what I'd consider easy. But after getting familiar with it a bit, I also don't find it any more difficult than other machines I've burned thru over the years. Every trimmer I've owned has had its little "tricks" to starting. I do like the new system for feeding line. The whole bump-feed thing never really works that well for me.
