I purchased this tarp to cover the roof of my 34' Class A RV while I rebuilt the roof last summer.
This tarp is both heavy duty and heavy. It more than spacious enough for my project and doubled as a cover throughout the year. It's water resistance was excellent, no leaks. It resisted dirt and mildew even though it was outside constantly.
My only complaints about this product stem from the exact same reason I purchased it; it's huge. When you're done with it, it folds up or rolls up but it is hard to carry and manage. Storage was difficult but I was dealing with very limited space. This isn't a product fault but it is something that should be taken into account.
Ultimately, this tarp ripped because a corner of a 2x4 punctured it while being pulled off. It can tear when punctured, but the tear was also the result of my roommate mishandling it so I don't fault it.
